M.E. Reich is President of Change It Coach, LLC founded on three basic principles:
– All meaningful progress is the result of change,
– People don’t resist change, they resist being changed, and
– The unique solution(s) for change reside within the client.
She is an experienced executive coach and organizational consultant that has worked with
leaders in helping them recognize their leadership capability, exhibit leadership behaviors, model and stimulate change, and foster their own development and growth as well as that of their teams and colleagues. Her clients’ success have been a result of her solution-focused, evidence-based approach to coaching and consulting that empowers her clients to create the changes that they want for themselves.
With over 25 years of professional experience, M.E. Reich has held human resource management and executive positions with such prestigious firms as Deloitte, RSM McGladrey, Crowe Chizek, and Computer Sciences Corporation.
Notable clients include the US Department of Energy, Rockwell Collins, Principal Financial Group, The Queens Medical Systems, Child and Family Service, Y.Hata, Inc., The Omidyar Fellowship, Intermec, Iowa Bankers, General Mills, Macy’s, Kraft, GMAC.
Prior to starting her business in Hawaii, M.E. Reich was founder and president of MER Solutions Group, a Midwest consulting services firm with offices in Illinois and Iowa that specialized in helping companies realize their business goals through strategic alignment,
performance development, and leveraging human capital and business processes.
Her firm, through its global partnership affiliation with Lee Hecht Harrison, also provided leadership development, executive coaching, and career transition services.
M.E. Reich completed her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Human
Resource Management at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and her Masters of Science in Organizational Behavior at the University of Texas in Dallas, Texas.
M.E. Reich is a member of the International Coach Federation from which she holds the ACC accreditation and is certified at the graduate level in Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is also a member of the National Society of Human Resources (SHRM) from which she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) designation.
